Digital platform In addition to the 3-D capabilities, the system also integrates all of the 3-D facilities of spectral, HiQ color-Doppler and angio color imaging. Transducers with specific capabilities are available for different areas of diagnostic applications, such as endorectal, endovaginal, small parts, abdominal, obstetric, and vascular.
- Volume and Live 3-D acquisition and rendering system for grey scale, color and angio modes.
- Display of volume data as three orthogonal planes on one screen at the same time.
- All volume data can be recalled for further processing, measurements or diagnosis at any time.
- Measurements within the volume are identical and as accurate as 2-plane measurements.
- All volume data can be stored or saved on digital mass memory: reproducible course of an examination can be fully archived.
- DICOM standard provides easy connection to PACS or other third party systems. Volume ultrasound data exchange of the entire examination via Internet opens the possibility of remote consultation with any specialist in the world.
- Volume data set includes full ultrasound information including color Doppler and additional angio power mode. All are performed simultaneously in 3 perpendicular planes or as a rendered animation. Color and gray scale can be mixed and displayed in the same image.
